Welcome to the QQ Club!
QQ Club is the first of its kind in Hong Kong: a comprehensive learning environment and social club for children aged six months to twelve years. Our goal is to provide a highly motivating environment for children to learn, offering high-standard tutorials with an interdisciplinary approach. QQ Club provides a wide range of educational activities to appeal to every child, from languages, science, and sports to music, nature and fine arts.
From now on, you can enjoy a diverse and vibrant learning experience which combines education and enjoyment at QQ Club.
Terms & Conditions

Each member will have a Member Card and a Guardian Card. A maximum of two extra Guardian Cards could be applied, if necessary, with a fee of HK$200 each.

Members must present the Member Card for courses enrollment and membership benefits.

The Club reserves the right to verify the identity of cardholder.

All memberships are non-transferable.

In case of any card loss, member / guardian should immediately notify the Club. A HK$200 handling fee will be charged for issuing a new card.
General Club Rules
-
Members, their families and their guests shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Club as they may be amended from time to time.

The Club facilities shall be open on the days and during the hours as scheduled by the Club. Areas of the Club facilities may also be closed for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

Members must follow the instructions on the proper use of the Club facilities. Every member shall be liable for any property damage caused by the member, any guest or any family member. The cost of such damage shall be charged to the responsible member.

Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages or consuming illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the Club.

All food and beverages consumed on the Club facilities must be provided by the Club unless otherwise permitted.

Dogs or other pets are not permitted on the Club facilities, except with the permission of the Club.

No outdoor shoes are to be worn in particular classrooms. Members must wear socks. New socks are available for purchase at the reception.

No person shall remove any property or furniture that belongs to the Club without permission.

Each member assumes sole responsibility for his or her property. The Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property that brought to the Club.

Members are responsible for their own conduct and of their families’ and guests’. Any member or guest whose conduct is deemed to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony or good reputation of the Club or its members or is otherwise improper, shall be reprimanded, fined, suspended or expelled from the Club and have all privileges associated with the membership suspended or terminated by the Club. The Club shall be the sole judge of what constitutes misconduct. Misconduct will include, without limitation: (i) submitting false information on the Membership Application, (ii) allowing his or her membership card to be used by another person, (iii) failing to pay any amount owed to the Club in a proper and timely manner, (iv) failing to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth herein and as established by the Club from time to time, (v) abusing Club personnel or employees, or (vi) acting in a manner incompatible with the standard of conduct to the existing membership or which would likely damage the reputation of other members or the Club.
Health
When members have infectious disease, including but not limited to chicken pox, measles, scarlet fever, whooping cough, diphtheria, mumps, Hong Kong blisters, impetigo, conjunctivitis, colds and stomach upsets, parents shall keep members at home and consult family doctors as soon as possible.
Registration and Enrollment

Parents / Guardians can register their children into the Club by completing and signing the Membership Registration Form.

Registration is not confirmed until full payment of membership fee is received.

Members should fill in the Enrollment Form and pay the course fee in order to enroll in a course.

The Club reserves the rights to refuse any membership application or course enrollment without providing reason.

Parents / guardians should notify the Club if there is / are any change(s) of information of themselves and / or of the member as soon as possible.
Payment and Refund
-
The fees are to be paid by cash, cheque, EPS and credit card. Individual educational service provider may accept cash only.

Monthly fees are to be paid on or before the 1st of each month.
-
Administration fee is non-refundable.
-
Refund will be allowed only when the course is cancelled by the individual educational service provider.

The Club reserves the right to refuse any membership application or course enrolment without providing any reason.

The Club reserves the right to cancel the proposed enrolment of a member should we determine that we are not able to meet the specific needs of the member.

Changes in addition to the published fees may be incurred if a member requires additional integration aides or special services not completely covered any course fees.
- The Club reserves the right to suspend a member from a classroom if his/her on-going behavior at the Club is considered unacceptable. Naturally, the parent shall pick up the member immediately.
- If a member withdraws from enrolment because of personal reason, 10% service fee will be charged for a tuition refund.
Make-up Classes
Make-up class’s policy is according to the policy of individual educational service provider.
Public Holidays
There will be no classes on statutory public holidays.
Suspension of Class due to Emergencies

Under adverse weather conditions, should the Education Bureau announce the suspension of classes in all kindergartens and primary schools, all classes will be cancelled accordingly.

If a “Red” or “Black” rainstorm warning signal is in force during class, all classes will be suspended immediately. Members having class will be dismissed according to schedule. However, parents can pick up members in advance. Leaving early without parents’ company is not allowed. During the suspension period, the Club can provide temporary shelter for members.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during class, all classes will be suspended immediately. Parents are requested to pick up members straightaway.

If a “Red” or “Black” rainstorm warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force / hoisted between 6:15 a.m. and noon, all classes commencing before 2:00 p.m. will be cancelled.

If a “Red” or “Black” rainstorm warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is cancelled before noon, all classes commencing before 2:00 p.m. will be cancelled. Classes commencing at or after noon will resume.

If a “Red” or “Black” rainstorm warning signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is cancelled after noon, all classes will be cancelled.

If an “Amber” rainstorm warning signal or Typhoon Signal No.3 or below is in force/ hoisted, the Club and classes will run as normal even if the Education Bureau has announced the suspension of classes in all kindergarten due to bad weather conditions.

In case of emergencies which might interfere with the Club’s operations or curriculum, the Club will make the latest announcement on its website. Please visit the Club’s website or call for enquiries.
- Classes being suspended due to bad weather or any other emergencies are not to be made up. No refund will be granted.
If the above said policy contradicts individual educational service providers’ policies, the latter will prevail.
Privacy Policy

All personal information collected by the Club will be used for the following general purposes: to customize the Club's advertising materials, fulfill members' request for services, improve our service, and contact members and conduct research.

The Club will fully comply with the obligations and requirements of the Privacy Ordinance. The Club's management and staff will, at all times, respect confidentiality and endeavor to keep safe any and all personal data collected and / or stored and / or transmitted (for the purpose to serve our member) and / or used for, or on behalf of, the Club.

The CCTV system installed at the Club will record video images for security and site management purposes. The recorded data will be processed in accordance with Privacy Ordinance.
